Young Knives rose to prominence following the release of their 2005 single “The Decision”.
A Mercury Music nomination, four albums (two of which went top 40) and a 4 year hiatus later the band returned with their 5th album “Barbarians” in 2020. Now, in 2025 the band are back out in support of their most recent album “Landfill”. With not wanting to be pigeonholed, Young Knives pull in a range of genre defying influences, indie, art punk, post punk, art rock… Whichever direction the band go it’s done with conviction and a passion which is evident in every track.
